Hi, I’m Amy Mastrogiuseppe—a designer, movement specialist, and creative thinker with a deep love for both visual storytelling and human connection.

I began my career in the world of graphic design after earning my BFA from West Virginia University. Over the years, I’ve worked with leading agencies like Ogilvy and major companies including IBM, creating brand identities, print campaigns, digital content, and more. My work has even been recognized by The One Show, but more than awards, I value creating work that resonates—work that feels.

After nearly a decade in design, I craved something more personal, more embodied. That search led me to wellness—and eventually to founding MastroStretch, my own stretch therapy brand. I didn’t just build a service—I built a brand from the ground up. I created everything myself: the visual identity, social media content, flyers, stretching manuals, workshop materials, edited videos, and launched my YouTube channel. It was a full-circle moment that reminded me just how much I love the creative process.

Now, I’m bringing that energy back to freelance design—with new insight, fresh perspective, and a deeper understanding of how creativity and clarity support real human connection. Whether I’m helping a client launch a brand, designing a logo that speaks volumes, or editing a video that tells a story, I bring heart, skill, and intention to every project.
